Every piece of Arborwear apparel is built to last and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Arborwear warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any product with a defect in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Arborwear. Damage due to improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear and material breakdown associated with extended use will not be covered. Any repairs made where we are not at fault - will be performed at a reasonable charge. The limited warranty does not cover any item purchased through our Bargain Tree section of this website. Garments returned for warranty inspection, by law, must be washed and clean.
For returns or exchanges, please download the Return/Exchange Form, fill it out completely, and include it with the garment to be returned. We suggest you ship any items with a service such as UPS that will provide you with a tracking number, insurance and require a signature upon delivery to our return center.
