The care label on the inside of the garment will have the specific laundering guidelines. If the care label has been removed, here are the suggested guidelines by fabric:

All purchases from a retail store can only be returned or exchanged directly with the retail store from which you originally purchased the product.

Yes we do! Every piece of Arborwear apparel is built to last and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Arborwear warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any product with a defect in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Arborwear. Damage due to improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear and material breakdown associated with extended use will not be covered. Any repairs made where we are not at fault - will be performed at a reasonable charge. The limited warranty does not cover any item purchased through our Bargain Tree section of this website.

The sewn-in tags list the style number of our products. We suggest you Contact Us and we will walk you through the process of identifying which style number or product you have.

Though we do not have a dedicated product testing program, we do have a pro deal program that is available to industry friends and associates.
