Paddling to the Hudson Bay

For the second year in a row I have canoed to the Hudson Bay, from Southern Indian lake in Manitoba. In 2010 I wore Colombia pants and by the end of the trip: both knees were completely gone, and the seat was torn also. For the second week of my trip I had to tape my pants so they wouldn't fall apart. Once I heard that I was going back I knew that I needed good pants. My friend Kory recommended Arborwear, and I can't believe I ever wore another brand of pants canoeing. They held together through everything, and are still totally fine. I wear them to school, and no one can tell I spent two weeks in the Canadian woods with them. They quickly became my favorite pair of pants to wear on a river, or at home.
