Shepherd
Kurt is a writer, and teaches creative writing and literature in the Honors College at Texas Tech University. During the summers of 2005 and 2006 he traveled with Peruvian sheep herders in Idaho working for the Soulen Livestock Company. Kurt helped tend a band of over 2,000 sheep.
