Durability measured in Geologic time
Here’s a shot of Jason Altekruse, a geology graduate student studying the tectonic history of the land in south-central Alaska. While two summers of constant abuse mapping and collecting rocks is small potatoes in geologic time, Jason assured us that our britches have passed his course in canvas durability.
