Cottonwood
The smile on Kathy Holzer’s face says, “Yeah, I just tackled this gnarly cottonwood I’ve been putting off for weeks, and now I’m headed to the bar for a beer!” Kathy had to surgically remove this tree due to its proximity to high tension lines and healthy understory vegetation.
In addition to owning and operating Out On A Limb Tree Service in Seattle, Kathy was the 2004 women’s world tree climbing champion.
