Here’s a great shot of Ernie Wintergerst checking out the scenery high up a Cottonwood in McIntosh Park out in Longmont, Colorado. Not pictured is P.J., a blue heeler who was Ernie’s ground man on this particular job. While Ernie was taking in the view of the fresh powder atop Mount Meeker and Longs Peak, his trusty cattle dog was doing a great job of herding the brush down below. That’s love.
