When I started my own tree care company back in 1986 I never thought I would end up making clothes for some of the same folks that helped me out way back then. Sure, there are days I'd rather be working in the trees but we all have those. Truth is, we have one of the best teams around and working together here is like one big family. But when I am not with this family I'm with my other family, at home. We spend as much time outdoors as possible and try and squeeze in family dinners between athletic games or after school activities.

I spend my time at Arborwear opening more avenues to deliver product to our customers. That takes me on the road quite a bit but it is a great chance for me to listen to our customers and work with them to help deliver our message. When I'm not on the road or in the cabin, I can most certainly be found in the field hunting or fishing with my sidekick River, my 14 year old lab that still acts like he is 6. When the seasons are closed, check for the golf clubs… or skis…

My job here is to work with companies large and small helping them role out uniform programs. It's always amazing to me how many different ways our customers have dealt with outfitting their employees. I love building programs that simplify this process. But when I'm not talking about logos I am keeping tabs on my family, golfing, hiking, gardening and going to the beach.

If I'm not working, I'm most likely spending time with my husband Mark and two awesome kids - Jake and Addison. Life is good!
Nancy Grabowski - Accounting / Purchasing
Coming or going, money is my responsibility, but you may also catch me answering your call or helping out at an occasional tradeshow. Mostly I'll be hidden away in the cabin behind a computer crunching numbers. Turn that computer off give me a body of water, toss the kayak in and I'll be paddling. Winters are spent looking for deep powder!

My apparel and textile background certainly comes from 16 years with Cornell Trading but my ability to multi task was honed during my years in Film Production. There is nothing like juggling wardrobes for big name talent coordinating hundreds of extras during 18 hour days. Having been to most of the factories we use abroad I enjoy traveling and working with our suppliers/partners but I am always anxious to return home to my Master Chef husband and two crazy Airedales.
Sarah Moudry - Product Designer
I am described as Arborwear's "go to" person for new designs. I'm tasked with making sure your pants fit and your witty t-shirt is baby-skin soft. With my dozen+ years of experience in the apparel industry, I make sure that here at Arborwear, we stay connected with our softer side (fabrics and such). When not creating the next new thing in Arborists' clothing, I fill my time with running, travel (four continents down, three to go!), and seeking out new adventures.

Outside of the log cabin, you can find me honing my skill as an artist through drawing, painting or creating handmade paper products.

Chances are if you've called Arborwear you had the opportunity to chat with me. I like wearing many hats and have my hands in a little bit of everything around the cabin….processing orders and exchanges, working with decorators on customized clothing, helping out with marketing campaigns, etc. Outside of work, I can be found chasing my puppy, Riley, reading, baking, crosswording, knitting, enjoying time outside, hanging with friends and family or, my favorite, lounging on the beach in Mexico.

My day at Arborwear consists of making sure all orders get out of the warehouse correctly and in a timely fashion. I'm also one of the first faces you'll see if you ever come visit our warehouse outlet. Ask me where anything is and I'll bet you I can find it! But when I'm not here, you can bet I'll be outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, bull riding, or climbing some random rock or tree.
Brad Arner - Shipping and Receiving
On any given day you'll catch me swimming through a sea of boxes to fill and ship orders. But when I'm not at Arborwear I may be out wetting a line, on stage doing stand-up or just spending time with my beautiful daughter Addison.
River - Snack Hound
River could also be the morale coordinator. He spends his days travelling from desk to desk to lie down for a while or beg for whatever snacks are in the drawer. He has been Rob's wingman for the past 14 years but still acts like a 6 year old. He enjoys hunting, long walks in the park and lying by the fireplace. Oh wait, this isn't a personal ad…
